START is Air Liquide's international recruitment program for top-level graduates. The Group aims at attracting talented people to build its Management Teams in countries where its technology and business fields are growing in the coming years. Over 140 STARTers have joined the program since 2001.  

START is a 3-step program that is designed to:

STARTers are talents who are developed through an international mobility program to actively contribute to the development of their Air Liqudie Home Country business.
