Selection criteria

To be qualified as a START candidate, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduate level degree (master’s and above)
  • Maximum of 2 years work experience, 3 years for candidates holding an MBA
  • Excellent academic record
  • A global mindset and a strong desire to pursue an international career
  • First-rate interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with people from a variety of personal, cultural and professional backgrounds
  • Proven flexibility and adaptability
  • Language skills: being bilingual with an excellent command of English is a minimum

What process will you follow?

Application on the START website OR during your University career fair

    ↓ Interviews with the Air Liquide HR team in your country in order to evaluate your potential 

        ↓ Your are selected: letter of intent & expatriation contract

            ↓ 2 to 3 year- assignment in your Host Country

                ↓ Next position in your Home Country
