International assignment

Every year, Air Liquide selects graduate students from target universities from several countries, such as: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Spain, and the USA. Since 2001, about 80 STARTers joined the program!

START offers you the opportunity to work in one of several different functions: R&D, Engineering, Logistics, Marketing/Sales, Business Administration (e.g. Procurement, Finance, Human Resources), etc

You will complete your 2 to 3 year assignment in one of our Business Lines : Industrial customers, Large Industries, Electronics, Healthcare, Related activities (Engineering & construction, Welding, Space, Diving, etc.).

Your START assignment will be defined according to your development plan.

What to expect from START?

 

With this initial 2 to 3 year assignment, you will be challenged to:

• quickly adapt to a different culture
• learn the Air Liquide business
• generate results. 

After START?
